So often it’s believed that meditation is all about clearing your mind – which for most of us is pretty impossible!

Instead, aim to cultivate a neutral mind – not seeking positive, or negative, but the neutral space between.

All meditation and mindfulness is about bringing your attention to the present moment – where the neutral mind is strengthened.
