Mindful Movement With Mardi MAY

Join Mardi for 45-60mins of calming ‘innercise’. Using your breath and kind awareness you’ll be guided through gentle movements to calm and relax your body and mind, and invite more natural healing and focus into the present moment.

‘Like meditation, but with your body’

Recommended for: Beginners and experienced. Great for those who struggle to sit still for meditation, and anyone who is looking to make self care part of their weekly schedule. This class may include movements on the floor, standing or using chairs for support.

A typical class may include:

  • Breath practices
  • A series of slow gentle movements
  • Deep relaxation
  • Meditation

I do have some props (mats, blankets and foam blocks) available, but I recommend you bring your own if you have them.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket for relaxation
  • Cushion for meditation/sitting if you wish (chairs are provided when needed)
  • Water bottle
  • An open mind and willingness to go slow

I also have a small range of books and equipment available for purchase – credit/debit cards and cash accepted.
