Self care would have to be one of the hardest things to practise for many (women especially) who think it’s selfish, or indulgent to spend time doing things they love.
But the truth is – the more you Fuel Your Spirit, and feel good about yourself, and your life – the happier you are – and the more helpful you can be to others.
