FREE Meditation Groups

  • Tuesdays @ Moana Pioneer Hall 7.30 (30-45mins)
  • Wednesdays @ Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre 12pm (30-45mins)
  • (donations appreciated to help cover costs)

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat & blanket (for yoga)
  • Chairs are provided (for meditation & chair yoga)
  • Personal props like cushions for sitting (if you wish)
  • Payment (or pre-pay online)
  • Willingness to give it a go 🙂

  • Wednesdays @ Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre 10.45-11.45am

Yoga For Relaxation (for all levels)

  • Tuesdays @ Moana Pioneer Hall 6.15-7.15pm

Kundalini Yoga (for beginners to intermediate)

  • Wednesdays @ Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre 9.30-10.30am
  • 1st & 3rd Sundays @ Moana Pioneer Hall 9.30-10.30am (including holidays)

Yoga class costs:

  • 1 Class $15/$10 conc.
  • 5 Class Pass $50/$40 conc. (3mth expiry)
